The practice has been created by Keith Drew FRAIA and Peter Scott RAIA and brings together their combined experience, knowledge and resources under a single banner.
Xsquared Architects Pty Ltd comprises a team of design and technical professionals with many years of experience within the building design industry. In an environment of increasing technical and legislative demands, especially in the areas of sustainable and energy efficient design, we are particularly well placed to utilise our knowledge and experience to help clients navigate the complex building design process and help to turn ideas into fully realised working and living environments.
Xsquared Architects Pty Ltd has extended its capacity for innovation in design and building processes to enable us to provide comprehensive advice to underpin the many important decisions that clients need to make about building works. These decisions need to be well informed, and we are able to use our skills to help clients make well considered decisions. Well informed and considered decisions minimise risk and help to expedite the building design and construction process.
Xsquared Architects Pty Ltd is committed to sustainable design and has the skills and experience to incorporate energy efficient and low environmental impact materials and technologies into all types of projects. We are a member of the Green Building Council of Australia and director Peter Scott RAIA is a Green Star Accredited Professional, which enables the practice to take a lead role in helping to achieve Green Star certification for projects.
