An extremely cost-effective large span building designed to achieve uninterrupted internal spaces that allow maximum flexibility in the internal layout and use of the building. 

Particularly relevant was our use of a precast concrete wall panel system to meet building performance requirements in a very cost-effective manner, use of lightweight long-span steel trusses to achieve column-free internal floor areas and prefabrication of building elements to achieve a rapid construction programme.
