OurA multi-unit tourism development overlooking the Ben Lomond National Park. Each unit was carefully positioned to accommodate existing site vegetation and individual trees and to capture a specific view of the bluffs of the Ben Lomond escarpment.
TheThe environmental sensitivity of the site was an important consideration and everything from the footings up was designed to minimise site impact: pneumatic foundation piling was used to reduce the need for site excavation, prefabrication of building frames and standard size sheet materials were used to reduce site construction and construction waste and colours were carefully selected to blend with site vegetation.
